Betty, I am sorry that you you encountered problems while you were on I.PH. Understand however that we are constantly in development and I do believe that a lot of the problems you may have experienced have already been resolved. A lot of new exciting features have also been added and there are quite a few more on the way. Thanks for the feedback though.
